Now wanting a signed stamped statement from my bank despite it being sent directly downloaded from the website. This has gone on for three months and is appalling - guessing there’ll be another stipulation and I won’t ever see these funds.

We love the MGM Vegas. It's a place where you can have fun, winning or losing, just fun. But, their on-line must be a second party, NOT fun. The on-line MGM will take take take. Will not let you have fun while losing your money. Extremely shady site.

SUCKS

One of the worst apps I’ve dealt with. They put “Expiration Dates” on your Bonus Bets without even telling you. I placed a bet using the “Insurance”, lost my original bet and got the Bonus bet. As soon as I go to use it, it’s gone. How do you put an expiration on a Bonus bet?!? I spent my own money on a parlay because I was getting a Bonus bet back if it lost. Then Bonus bet expires in 24 hours (without even telling me there was an expiration date, which I’ve NEVER heard of in my life)😂🤦‍♂️🙄. Customer Service’s answer- “Oh well, read the Terms before signing up.” Unbelievable!

I opened my account without a problem then took me by the throat.

I opened my account without a problem. Made my deposit of $ Placed a $ bet and lost. I tried to place a bet with the balance. Clicked place bet and the message came up. "Account Closed" Contacted Bet MGM. They want verification that it's me including a picture of me holding my government issued documents. They refuse to allow me to withdraw my $ unless I submit about 4 requested documents. If they would have requested this info to open the account I would never have opened my account. I told em to keep my $ If they get hacked it would be easy to impersonate me with the info they want. Stay away unless you want to put your first born up as collateral!!!

So I've noticed a pattern with the…

So I've noticed a pattern with the slots. When you make deposits it'll go in instantly upto around £ of losses then to reset the RTP and to FIX the game in favour of MGM they then reset the game putting you back to NET 0 and in turn fixing the game as slots work on return to player which means the more you play or lose in theory you chances of winning something should increase. But not with these absolute con artists. I'm taking my recordings that I've made to the gambling commission and all the relevant bodies as they need to be heavily fined for this behaviour or even have there licence revoked as it is FIXING odds. Glad I noticed this pattern and decided to record it as it can't even be argued with. You can literally watch the gameplay change and the pattern Is clearly visible. It's time you get what you deserve MGM. Remember it only takes something like this to bring a company down and I'm sure I'll have the backing of every other person who has reviewed your sh#tty company

Stay away there are far better…

Stay away there are far better companies out there that actually pay. Deposit bonus require too much play through for starters and their lack of gameplay is absolutely the lowest of all. Burning your hard earned money in a fire pit would last longer. Scratch off tickets have better odds than anything on MGM. If Nevada’s gaming control board were in charge they would have shut this app down long ago for rigging the gameplay period.

I would rate zero stars if I could

I would rate zero stars if I could. The site has so many glitches and then customer service has no options but to ask all these questions that do not make any sense. It is almost like they dont work there. They do not even no their own promotions and then you tell them and they need a screen shot. It is so bad, that I cant even explain the incidents. They really should be investigated as gambling is heavily regulated and how they are getting away with this is criminal. They are committing fraud and misleading users constantly. I bet there will be a class action lawsuit against them, that is how bad it is.

Placed 3 bets on the padres/reds game, all 3 bets hit totaling $2, in winnings, last night recieved an email stating my account has been closed temporarily to do a check, 3 bets are still listed as open and not settled, have tried live chatting multiple times only to be told i am out of hand, out of hand for wondering what is going on with my bets and closed account, customer service is no help only telling me this issue has been sent to the relevance team and to wait business days to hear anything back. Dont open a account with mgm sportsbook

I am unable to place a straight bet or round robin bet for the last 4 weeks .. now my balance on the account is at because I had to place parlays for the last 4 weeks They still haven't fixed my account.
