Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.

You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.

We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

  • Politically sensitive comments
  • Promotional content
  • Illegal activities
  • Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
  • Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
  • Spam and fake content
  • Animal cruelty
  • Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
  • Any violation of our review guidelines.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Guidelines and standards for Reviews

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

    “Nicely located, but tiered, dirty rooms with excessive queues for in hotel purchases.”

    Our room was VERY dirty, we found brown splash marks about the curtains, hand marks on the windows, sticky residue on the bedside tables and cotton buddies in the bathroom. We could rarely find a member of staff to speak to without having to queue for half an hour. The queues for morning coffees were incredibly long.

    Location was excellent, gym facilities were great. Room view was fantastic. Room size was great.

    “Honestly a decent hotel but they need to do better on their room cleanliness”

    The linen in the bed……I shudder and itch when I think of it. I didn’t request for our room to be cleaned the first night, it wasn’t needed (or so I thought). I had it cleaned the second night and in the middle of the night of our last night, I touched something crusty on my sheet and I turned on the light and to be honest, I don’t know what it was but it was dried and crusty and I legit wanted to scratch my skin off. Immediately went in the shower and slept without covers the rest of the night. Back of the pillow, some yellow stain….ewww they need to do better.

    The staff were absolutely fantastic; helpful in every aspect, very friendly. The location is ideal and the hotel itself has much to offer.

    “A good budget friendly casino with old Vegas vibe. Good central location.”

    Rooms could be cleaner. Bath area did not meet my expectations of cleanliness. Shower had hairs still on walls as well as the wall area around sink. Floors needed to be better cleaned. Also fixtures had lots of rust and need to be upgraded in the bathroom. The room key card doesn't always work on the elevators. It took several attempts to get a proper scan with room key card. This resulted in a few "extra elevator rides" up and down before finally getting the card to work to gain access to our room.

    Location. Perfect for walking to a variety of shows and events. Close to the High Roller Ferris wheel. Also easy walking to shows at Caesars, Bellagio, Paris, Mirage and Venetian. Also there's a tram stop with good access to other casinos farther away. Our room was simple with elevator access at the Spa elevators and located in a area more quiet allowing for good rest. The nook express is great for a quick bite and great simple breakfast and coffee to take up to room. Good access to taxi and uber on the east entrance. Also a check luggage spot for early arrival so that the casino can be enjoyed without worries of dragging around luggage before check in. Early check in is also possible; but, often rooms are not ready for trying to check in prior to 3:00pm.

    The pool is a partypool not for swimming, part of the pool was closed cause there were not enough lifeguards, meaning everyone was packed in one part of the poolarea, music way too loud. - shower is a disaster, screen too short to protect the water coming in the bathroom, result after every sbower a complete wet bathroom. - cause of the loud music in the lobby hard to hear the staff at check in/out. Not clear how to operate regarding the parking, no service with a smile at all.

    The rooms and corridor have definitely not been renovated for ages, so you can definitely feel the history of the hotel. But it wasn't too bad.

    The staff didn’t bring us the requested towels fast enough, or enough. Max was 4 showering towels, and 4 face towels. Which we could get max of 8.

    I think you should embrace your heritage more , at the pool you blast out the music , which is ok but maybe add in a little of the historic musicians as well who made Vegas ,Dean ,Frank ,Sammy etc. I went and had a look at the Sahara they do seem to embrace the history better there .

    Never had one cocktail person even appear to get me or my wife a beverage. If I have to pay for drinks and gambling that’s nice. Was supposed to have house keeping did not get it but one time the last night we were there.

    Location is great, pools were good.

    The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the elevators, which was difficult at times to get you room card to work so you can get to your floor.

    I stayed in a High Rollers Double Queen Room at the Flamingo last week. To begin the room was amazing with a great view of the pool area, along with the High Roller Farris Wheel and The Sphere. The room was spacious with a separate bath tub and shower in the bathroom. The Flamingo has a good location around the center of the strip.

    Very mad that I had to wait in line 45 minutes to be able to get a chair at pool that was free .. open to public and most all chairs are daybeds that you have to rent and pay a fortune for
