Luckydays scammed me out of $4,900. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they keep giving me the runaround. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I feel completely helpless and betrayed. They should be held accountable for their actions. This is absolutely unacceptable..
I never thought I'd recover from my financial losses, but 𝐁𝐢𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭.. 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇!! is helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel!.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague! I deposited $150, lost about $35 of it, and, feeling unlucky, tried to withdraw my $115 (I didn't opt in to any bonuses). They refused to refund my own money until I played through 1x of my deposit. I've been a customer of theirs for several years and couldn't believe they would stiff me like that.

Absolutely horrible customer service and would not recommend playing this site. They dont follow through with there bonus offers and to top it off they kept my deposit. Nothing but a headache this site is 100% complete scam. Never playing and most definitely do not recommend to anyone! Well over a month of there crap now of not getting refunded.

Awful
Awful. Phil in customer service is arrogant and if you bring an existing issue to his attention he will simply close the ticket. Had to send supporting documents to confirm account multiple times without success. They are definitely over holding as you can’t win anything compared to other casino sites, which shows theirs are rigged. Avoid at all costs.

Can I give a 0 star review? I won $16,000, and because I Did the welcome bonus they cancelled all my winnings because apparently I wagered too high “per spin”, even those their website let me (others won’t allow it), not my problem their system is so crap. Honestly I couldn’t advise against this website more if I tried.

I played on lucky days for over 2 years and at first I made it to withdraw my money and my account information hasn't changed and I have made deposits through my bank. I won $700.00 & was asked to send proof of my deposits. I didn't keep proof of the gigadat because I didn't think they'd ask for proof since I was able to withdraw before. They didn't accept my bank card photo, or my bank statement with my account number, or my void check. They said i could have used my bank statement but I sent it and they rejected it. It's the same information used when they let me open my account so I don't understand? I played their site for over 2 years why would they need proof again after playing there for over two years. Nothings changed with my account information. My bank accounts the same ? So far I've had problems with 2 casino's where I couldn't withdraw my winnings so I just shut my account down. No use playing if you can't withdraw your winnings. Honestly was my favorite casino to play on until I couldn't no longer withdraw my money and they wouldn't accept my bank statement.

Do not use LuckyDays to gamble, they will not allow you to withdraw your money, my dad usually uses betway and has no problem withdrawing money. he just wanted to try a new site and he tried LuckyDays, it was easy to deposit money, they give you multiple options, card of eft, but when it comes time to withdraw, they only give a withdrawal option into a crypto wallet and then you encounter a multitude of problems when you try to withdraw. they keep telling you withdrawal failed. he deposited R5000 and won R500 and decided to withdraw without any success. we've been trying to get them to give the money back for more than 6 months now. do not be fooled.

I used to enjoy playing with lucky days until my most recent play. I deposited 40euro and it was no where to be seen on my account and deposited another 50 to see if that would push both payments through. It didn't and when I got in contact with an agent they said I used the 40 to okay which was impossible as it never reached my account . I emailed multiple times with bank statements backing me up showing it left my account but never reached the casino account and they are now ignoring me. I am still 90 down with no explanation from them. Avoid at all costs.

such a rubbish site
such a rubbish site. please refrain from betting here. i won big ONCE wasn't substantial only 10k but since that win last year every game I play literally doesn't hit at all I'd be lucky to get 30c back and I don't get offered any bonuses in game unless I buy them. this site is robbery at its best I can bet I've paid back that win to the site 5x over and still haven't hit enough to even make a withdrawal.

Obviously the people complaining are sore losers and/or didn’t read the terms and conditions before depositing and playing. The verification process is the fastest I’ve ever seen. I got verification over live chat within minutes. The withdrawal time was also very quick - less than 10 hours and I had my money in MuchBetter account. I can personally attest to them not keeping winnings - considering I deposited a small amount and won big, which will also speaks to the claims of people “never winning”. Waited about 25 minutes until order taken. Order was coffees and American pancakes. Told no crème fraiche for pancakes, so asked for ice-cream. Front door continually left open (November) and very cold.
Food came after 40 minutes since entry. No maple syrup. Told ran out.
No cutlery. By time knife and fork arrived ice cream had melted.
Half way through food when coffees arrived. Cold! Had been stood on counter. No spoons.
Staff seemed young and inexperienced. Very disorganized. A lot of running around, but not getting anywhere.
Found Lucky Days WiFi address on phone, but when I asked for password told not available.
Apparently, they are looking to expand. Don't bother. Try and get one shop right first.
Will never go there again.

If I can convince you to do one thing please please don’t ever make it deposit onto this site they will steal your winnings and make it impossible to contact support to get any type of resolution. There’s 1 million online casinos and I bet you all of them are better than this one so please find another one

I won $300 and they don't want to release the founds!...they have asked me to provide them proof of address and identity and i was so honest with them and sending them as exactly as they wants and they always comes to an error and lack of prove!?...They are coming up to so many nonsense and stupid reason to rejecting my winning founds. $300 is nothing for me to be worry about, but my honor, nobility, reputation, and respect is been invaded and heart broken by being humble and honest to them. They paid me the same day with a nice sized cashout. Which is nice. Pay the winner instead of stalling and waiting. hoping they reverse and lose it like SOME casinos do. Just last week I had a casino wait to pay me $1000...TEN DAYS. I closed my account. Some casinos have poor leadership and dont realize if you pay a person in a proper time frame they will return. If you mess around and stall..you will lose that player for life.

They are playing with people money and make them crazy. Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. Did a sign up and deposit offer through Offertoro for a reward and they neglected to confirm with them that I completed the task. Would not accept that they are responsible for reporting completion. Would not recommend this casino, there are much better platforms to choose from. Be warned, stay away!
