Found this website on a landing page for Swedish casino offers, among great betting sites. I did a deposit of 10 euro but its impossible to login to its Website with bank id, site is just loading and rebooting as a loop. Nothing changed in three weeks and they lost their license since it expired December They don't answer email and I can't use live chat. First time I use a casino with BankID and gets scammed. I would recommend to not use their BankID system if you Swedish like me. It acts weird and are not behaving like normally.

I signed up, had the bonus but won over all, I cashed out the max and waited for it to be put in my account, also had 2k left on the site waiting to rake out, had an email saying "sorry to do this" but ain't giving me any of my winnings which total 7k. I deposited EUR almost a week ago but I cannot play and cannot withdraw my money. Whenever I try to open a game I get a message saying to contact customer serivce. I have contacted them via chat and email several times over the past week with no answer.I have also contacted their head company, Skill On Net Ltd without any response, will proceed to report them to the police for fraud if I do not get an answer before the end of the week. Horrible!

Absolutely appalling from start to finish
Absolutely appalling from start to thisisnl.nl site is not particularly easily navigated. KYC processes can be ponderous and they may refuse documents that have been accepted by other entities. Live Chat is often poor. Offers rarely if ever work before going to LC and then they will generally call you a liar unless you produce a screenshot of the offer that they sent. I have withdrawn and will close my account to save further inconvenience.

I deposited raw money
I deposited raw money, and suddenly it just disappeared. And they answered several days later to me, that my bonus have expired so the money is gone. Nothing you can do about it.
And I deposited again (stupid me) and casino logged me out for some reason. When I logged in, half of my money was gone.
Live support is not so live, yhey wont answer in chat or via email.
Never never never deposit here, it os scam.

Exactly the same happend to me, I made a deposit, and after I had to fill in my registration information. When i click to accept it said contact customer support. I have not been able to play with a single penny off it. And after I ve been spoken to the support my bank ID got blocked. I ve had contact with the "support" multiple times and they will allways tell you that they will send it to the departement and they will send you a mail. In 2 weeks, not a single mail. Nothing at all, even contacting them many times, you wont hear a thing. People take my advice and dont play on this scamming casino, specially not reading all the other things that can go wrong according to the other revieuws.

They don't pay winnings
They stole my four figure winnings and closed my account without explaining why. They are scammers as you can see from the other reviews. They deliberately strung out my verification by asking for ID one more piece at a time and inventing new hurdles, all of which I passed with flying colours. Having completed this verification process, they then just closed my account and pinched the winnings. I asked them multiple times to reverse this decision and they were deliberately belligerent and also refused to comment on the reasons behind it. I was using a bonus and shortly after they removed the sign up bonus, so I can only assume that not paying me was a cost cutting measure from a struggling casino.
