Like the variety of games and multiple payment methods. Withdrawals have always been easy as well. Would have given 5 stars but for some reason my last withdrawal was very delayed compared to the usual. That aside the chat was very helpful and support is great!

I have been enjoying my captain cooks experience, there are times when I’m winning and I’m not sure if it’s a problem at my end or theirs but an unexpected error occurs and I have to shut out of the app then log back in, that being said - I’ve won more than $15K to date and I do love their new and exclusive games - and promos.
I no longer go to brick and mortar casinos more than 1 x a year I used to go at least 1x a month with a limit to my spend at $ Per visit. I try to keep that limit online at Captain Cooks Casino too

They refused to pay winnings after accepting s of $ worth of deposits
I deposited s. Won s but COULDN'T WITHDRAW. Why is it if you try to join up and register with this casino but you have already had an account it doesn't notify you and ask you to reset your password to gain access the original account? (like every other website will). Captain Cooks allowed me to open a 2nd account and make numerous deposits (in the s of dollars) but when I had a win and went to withdraw 7k they suddenly discovered and notified me I had an old account from 5 years ago that I'd used for a couple of weeks and had not used since and so claiming my winning account was in breach of their terms and conditions as a secondary account they confiscated all my winnings and paid me NIL.
In my opinion captain cooks and casino rewards are a bunch of crooks and structure their Registration process to allow this to happen.

But sometimes they don't read properly what we exactly need and simply say will transfer the call to colleagues and we need to tell the same story again though they say not to repeat .it happened to me 2 to 3 times which makes me feel bad sometimes
